My research focuses on advancing data management tools to enhance the efficiency of modern data analytics and data science, with an emphasis on spatial data. To that end, my work spans different system components that are at the heart of data-intensive applications, from the data processing layer to the data access layer. Beyond spatial data processing systems, my work extends to systems support for a broader range of data science applications and stream processing in dynamic and resource-constrained environments.
